The author investigates the problems of accelerating FDTD MIC elements analysis simulator solver by using GPGPU. Presently, the attained speed is yet almost the same as that using a conventional CPU only. In this stage, I would like to present, by taking a step-impedance low pass filter as an example, the outline of analysis algorithm used in this study and make clear the difficult points involved in using GPGPU. Required means hereafter to achieve real accelerated operation are also mentioned.%筆者はMIC素子解析FDTDシミュレータソルバのGPGPU利用高速化の課題に取り組んでいるが,ようやくこれまでのCPUのみ使用のソルバとほぼ同じ動作ができる段階に達した.そこで,ステップインピーダンス型ローパスフィルタの例を取り上げ,この段階での典型的なGPGPU利用解析アルゴリズムの概要を紹介するとともに,難しい点と課題を明らかにし,今後の展望を述べる.
