The time domain boundary element method (TDBEM) has some advantages of open boundary problems, coupling problems with particle dynamics comparing with the FDTD method in electromagnetic microwave simulations. However the TDBEM has also serious problems of heavy calculation and large required memory especially in three dimensional analysis. To aim to solve these problems of calculation cost, MPI parallel processing scheme and memory reduction method by matrix compression for 3D TDBEM are presented in this paper.%近年のスーパーコンピュータのメモリの大容量化を背景に,これまで取り扱いが不可能であった3次元時間領域境界要素法によるマイクロ波シミュレーションを実用に近づけるべく,同スキームの行列の圧縮格納によるメモリ削減,およびMPI並列化方法について検討した. 粒子加速器航跡場解析を例に実際にこれらを適用し,十分実用的な3次元数値モデルが取り扱えることを確認した.
