Whenever product demands and/or production circumstances change, decisions about scheduling and operation of production systems are made based on accumulated know-how, taking account of various criteria such as production efficiency, product quality, safety and environmental load. The final goal of this work is the development of modeling method for supporting decision making that can deal with frequent and unexpected environmental changes. To attain the goal, we have to analyze the accumulated know-how and model the decision process made by experts. This paper first presents modeling of decision processes based on piecewise affine models by analyzing a set of operation data and then discusses the decision making process model.%生産要求が変更されたり運転環境が変化したりするたびに,生産システムの計画,運転に関わる意思決定者は,様々な評価基準を考慮しながら,これまで培ってきたノウハウに基づいて意思決定を行ってきた.本研究は,これまでノウハウに頼ってきた計画・運転に関わる意思決定の支援のためのモデリング手法の開発を目標とする.本報では,生産要求の変更や生産環境の変化に合わせて人間が行う意思決定プロセスのモデルを,区分線形モデルをもとにして操業データからいかに作成するかについて検討した結果を報告する.
