東日本大震災発生時、筆者は高速道路を運転中。緊急地震速報受信後どのように運転行動したかを、ITSはじめ様々な情報や状況を判断しながら12 時間の行動プロセスを辿る。そこから見えてくる道路交通政策、防災危機管理に対し警鐘を鳴らす。放送メディアの情報発信の有り方、ITS が今後やるべき姿に提言を行い、今後いつ再発するか知れない巨大災害に対し役立つシステム構築への指針を示す。%It is an author when a East Japan great earthquake occurs and ..expressway., running.
