先進国の障害者サポートと音声補助付き触読点字e－leaming

摘要

We visited the United Kingdom and the United States from November to December in 2010 to research the current situation of the supports for the disabled persons in developed countries. In this visit, we introduced our e-learning system for English braille with sound support in the countries and received comments from people who are actually involved in braille teaching, braille production, or supporting the blind and partially sighted. This paper reports the current status of the supports for the disabled and our e-learning system which is in research and development.%我々は，先進国の障害者サポートの実情を調査するために2010年11月から12月にかけて，米国と英国の現地を訪問し実地調査を実施した．その際，英語版の点字学習用の音声補助付き触読e－learningを作成し，現地で関係者のコメントも得た．本発表では，先進国の障害者サポートの現状と我々が研究開発中のe－learningについて報告する．
