A portable driving data recording system is developed using a smartphone with the Android OS and an in-vehicle network for recording driving data from various types vehicles. The system can record such driving data as vehicle acceleration, GPS location, video, vehicle velocity, steering angle, and gas and brake pedal positions. These driving signals are recorded from three different types of vehicles. Among these signals, we focus on pedal operation signals and analyze the individual characteristics of pedal operation behavior through driver identification experiments. A 100% identification rate is obtained for seven-driver identification using gas and brake pedal position signals, as well as an 82% identification rate is obtained even for different types of vehicles. Although some differences are observed in pedal position signals for different types of vehicles, common individual characteristicsrnare observed for each driver.%AndroidOSを搭載したスマートフォンと車載ネットワークを用いて,様々な車両から加速度・GPS・映像・速度・ペダル操作量等の運転信号を記録する可搬型運転データ収録装置を構築した.また,本装置を用いて,同一ドライバによる異なる車種の運転データを収録し,ペダル操作信号に含まれる個人性について,ドライバ識別実験等を通じて分析した.7名のドライバ識別実験の結果,ドライバモデルの学習とテストに同一車種を用いた場合に100%,異なる車種を用いた場合でも82%の識別率が得られた.車種が異なる場合,換作信号の分布等に変化が生じるものの,車種によらない共通の個人性が表われることが分かった.
