摘要

The electro-elastic characteristics of clamped rectangularnpiezoelectric laminated plates were analytically investigated. A fullyncovered electrode piezoelectric layer was laminated on an elastic layernto form a nonsymmetrical laminated plate. Using the electro-elasticntheory with the Kirchhoff-Love hypothesis, formulation of analyses fornmechanical, electrical, and electromechanical characteristics of thenlaminae are presented. Numerical analysis was carried out using thenextended Kantorovich method to yield eigenvalues and eigenfunctions.nTheoretical predictions of dynamic characteristics were validated byncomparing results with finite element analysis data. The calculatednnatural frequencies are presented in easy-to-use figures that are usefulnfor sensor and actuator design in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS)
