摘要

A new method of producing the compositionally modulated Co/sub 100/(-)/sub x/Pt/Co/sub 100/(-)/sub y/Pt/sub y/ (1>x,y>99), artificial superstructures is presented. Our method is based on two face target system with a use of a movable "camera obscura" sample holder and a motionless diaphragma.
