摘要

In this paper, the anomalous Hall effect (AHE) of [Fe2CoSi/Pt]nmultilayers with large perpendicular magnetic anisotropy has been investigated. We found that both skew scattering (SS) and side jump contribute to the AHE, while SS is the dominant contribution to the AHE. Moreover, the contribution of SS to the AHE becomes less significant when either decreasing the thickness of Pt layer or increasing the number of periods n.
