A comparative study of National ISDN versus International ISDN installations and tariffs

Studies the growth of ISDN in the United States before and after the National ISDN-1 standard was introduced. The authors compare this growth with its growth in Europe and Asia. They look at some future applications of this technology and also the tariffs by the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs) and AT&T.
