This Information Bulletin describes briefly the draft recommendations (standards) of the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) that were revised or prepared at a November 1983 meeting of the committee which dealt with Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDNs). A list of special terms widely used in the recommendations and their meanings is included. The appendix contains the text of the recommendations as presented at the meeting. (Author)
