INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Authors should follow these Instructions carefully. All manuscripts and related correspondence from the Corresponding Author to the Editor should be submitted via the online peer review system at. Editors welcome discussions on papers published in the journal. Please contact the Journal Office for more information. Manuscripts that do not meet the high standard of written English expected will be rejected, solely on that basis. If English is not the lead Author's first language, or the lead Author does not have the necessary level of expertise in written English, the work should be checked and corrected by a native English speaker before the manuscript is submitted. If necessary, the Authors should consider employing the services of a commercial agency to help with preparation of the manuscript. The manuscript must be written for an international audience, e.g. terms that are not standard internationally must be clearly defined.
