A comprehensive program to rehabilitate and modernize its two major hydroelectric generating stations will provide the New York Power Authority with additional capacity and reliability. A $600 million modernization effort at the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant and Robert Moses Power Dam will position both projects for an efficient, competitive future.
