Although other companies offer company stock ownership as part of their executive compensation packages,rnit can be unusual for a company to offer stock ownership to all employees, regardless of length of service orrnposition within the company as a kind of compensation. E.I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co. instituted an employeernstock option program, available to all employees who have been with the company for one year.
