They know their jobs and the way they do them will be affected, and they need to know specifics sooner rather than later.rnHere are three key points that any post-layoff communications strategy should address:rnWhat was good enough in the past may not be good enough today. Employees may have to shoulder additional burdens, approach their work with new priorities or think differently about competition and customers. If so, they need an idea of what resources they'll have available to help them.
