Employee share of health costs rises faster than overall premiums

We're all used to the idea of shifting some of the rising costs of health insurance to employees. But it looks like some employers have been going farther than that.rnAccording to the annual health benefits survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation, the cost of family coverage to employees rose 14% in 2010 - while the overall cost of family premiums, including the employer contribution, rose just 3%.
