GAO Says RHS Actions Should Improve Rental Assistance Budget

Actions taken by the Rural Housing Service (RHS) should improve rural rental assistance (RA) budgeting, William B. Shear, director of financial markets and community investments for the Government Accountability Office (GAO), said at a May 10 House housing subcommittee hearing.
