摘要

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) has revamped its low-income housing tax credit allocation process for 2007. Under the 2007 qualified allocation plan (QAP), the agency is replacing its objective competitive scoring system with a three-stage allocation process that involves reviews of development team members, project sites, and threshold and competitive criteria OHFA will review the experience and capacity of an organization as a potential general partner, developer, or general contractor to determine whether the organization can submit an application and, if so, the maximum amount of tax credits it can receive.
