CLPHA Report Highlights PHAs' Innovative Use of HOPE VI Funds

The Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) has issued a publication highlighting PHAs' innovations in using HOPE VI grants and other financing sources to build mixed-income housing that meets community needs. "Our motivation, in part, is to show the many creative ways that challenges have been met by our members and their partners in a variety of communities," said Sunia Zaterman, CLPHA executive director.
