The Florida Supreme Court determined that an action for fraud in the purchase of an affordable housing project was within the scope of the arbitra-tion clause of the purchase contract. Jackson u. Shakespeare Foundation, Inc., 2013 WL 362786 (Fla. 2013). The Jackson Realty Team (George, Kerry, collectively, the Jacksons) advertised for sale in the Bay County Multiple Listing Service in 2006 a 11/2-acre property for mixed use, affordable hous-ing purposes. The advertisement specified that "Wetlands study verifies no wetlands." However, at this time, the Jacksons had a Property Land Use Planning Analysis indicating that app. 26% of the property consisted of wetlands.
