DOJ SETTLES SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST MORGANTOWN, WV, LANDLORDS

The Justice Department announced that it has reached a settlement with the owners and former managers of more than 70 residential rental properties in the Morgantown, West Virginia, area to resolve allegations that the manager, Gary Walden, had sexually harassed female tenants and prospec-tive tenants, in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
