摘要

Community Change, a national social justice organization that works to build the power of low-income people, has introduced the Women's Fellowship, a new program that aims to develop the leadership of formerly incarcerated women of color, or those directly impacted by incarceration and the criminal justice system. The 12-month program aims to develop these leaders into community organizers by equipping them with tools to build relationships that help shape policy decisions and increase their understanding of how power is attained and wielded at home, at work, and in their communities.
