METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOMENS SHOES WITH CHANGED CUTTING AREA OF BACKSTAY

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing womens shoes and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing womens shoes with a removed/changed backstay cutting area, comprising a cutting step, a skiving and sewing step, a bonding step, a counter molding step, a lasting step, and a bottom attachment step of attaching soles and heels. The method for manufacturing womens shoes comprises: a step of manufacturing lasts molded after the shape of feet; a pattern forming step of molding upper leather based on the lasts; a step of cutting the upper leather from leather; a skiving and sewing step of performing bonding of the upper leather by using an adhesive so as to form an exterior shape of shoes; a step of performing bonding of the sewn upper leather; a step of counter molding the upper leather passed through the bonding step; a step of covering the upper leather, passed through the counter molding step, in a last form; and a bottom attachment step of attaching soles and heels to the lower ends of the upper leather. The present invention provides more elaborate and luxurious womens shoes by removing/changing the backstay cutting area.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
