Boston Capital is investing in the construction of Aria Apartments, a 57-unit permanent supportive housing development serving the homeless in the Westlake/ MacArthur Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. This investment is Boston Capital's 27th partnership with San Diego-based Affirmed Housing, which has developed 42 communities with over 3,300 affordable rental and for sale apartments and homes.
