Entrepreneur and hotel aficionado Peter de Savary (or PDS, as he is most-often called) has spent the last quarter century or so living in the past. His mission has been to transform downtrodden castles in the UK countryside into luxurious hotels. With PDS' guiding hand, these former homes of society's upper crust are reborn into lavish retreats for today's elite travelers.
