No longer a wasteland of stale potato chips and tiny bottles of cheap liquor, many minibars are sporting new looks. This past spring, Soho House New York debuted its Mini Bar Collection, which promises unexpected goodies stylishly arranged on a custom-built credenza. Although the collection's showpiece is the bar-featuring 375-ml bottles of premium vodka, rum and more-the snacks aren't too shabby, either.
