A recent survey about business travel preferences commissioned by Deloitte revealed some interesting trends for hotels, particularly when it comes to younger business travelers: 1.Nearly (36%) of 18- to 44-year-olds surveyed say they often work in the lobby or common area, while only of those age 45 and older do the same. 2. When it comes to interacting with hotel staff for check-in,of the 18- to 44-year-old respondents favor automated kiosks over checking in with a hotel employee at the front desk, while only of the 45-and-older crowd say they prefer automated kiosks.
