On November 14, 2011, at the New York Palace in New York City, HOTELS formally presented the 2011 Hotelier of the World awards to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts President and CEO Kathleen "Katie" Taylor and Geoffrey Gelardi, managing director of The Lanesborough in London.
