FIT Event Marks 15 Years of Home

In celebration of the 15th anniversary of its Home Products Development program, the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) on Monday is hosting a reception titled "15 Years of Home," where it will honor longtime industry veteran Barry Leonard. The event is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. March 14 at BLU at the Hotel Indigo, 127 W. 28th St. Leonard, the event's honoree, is the ceo and president of Wel-spun USA Inc. He will be presented with the Distinguished Leadership Award by Peter G. Scotese, chairman emeritus of FIT's board of trustees.
