Asha Chaudhary credits her father with coaxing her out of her comfort zone. "My dad always said that women are the best managers because they not only manage a household but their families, kids and careers," she recalled. "They're able to organize, prioritize and simply get things done." Chaudhary expanded on that thought: "Women also bring love, care and compassion, which I believe are going to be key to future leadership roles." She speaks from experience.
