When her youngest of four children headed off to school, Barb felt a need to go back to work part-time. Her resume stated that she had 14 years of previous lighting sales and design experience, although that was 12 years ago. Considering herself an introvert, she reluctantly accepted a full-time sales position and soon realized that with a little effort each sale got easier than the one before.
