University Hall comes to Dallas for January. The initiative is a product design competition sponsored by furniture manufacturer Groovystuff. Launched last year, it is a competition that gives students from schools throughout the U.S. the opportunity to design innovative home and lighting products. Retailers are able to vote on the designs which are then manufactured and marketed by Groovystuff. Students from Auburn University, the University of North Carolina Greensboro, and the University of Georgia are currently competing for this year's grand prize, and visitors to the Dallas Market Center will be able to view the finalist's products as well as those of past winners. The products are on display in WTC 6642.
