I have been interested in hi-fi since 1953, long before many of your experts were bom! Indeed, mention the term hi-fi to people back then and no-one would have a clue what you were talking about. Hi-Fi News was the first audio magazine to reach the newsstands, the first issue coming out in June 1956. 1 took every copy until 1979 when unfortunately I lost my wife to cancer and my interest in the subject dwindled.
