L'Ocean is a complete plug-in-and-play hi-fi system - all it requires is a choice of source components to feed it. Actively driven, with power amplifiers integrated in the base of the stand, it comes with a matching DAP (digital preamp/controller). This has a volume control and function selector - a headphone socket too - but will most likely be driven by its comprehensive IR remote handset.
