Due for release later in 2015, 'Queen: The Studio Collection' brings together the full inventory of the band's 15 studio albums over 18, 180g theme-coloured LPs, all remastered by the legendary Bob Ludwig for half-speed vinyl cutting by Miles Showell at Abbey Road [see Investigation, HFN Sep '15]. New 96kHz/ 24-bit digital masters were created from the original tapes and any speed errors, clicks or damaged audio from legacy spools corrected in DSP as part of the painstaking restoration process. Each LP will also be available individually on black vinyl and the box set will contain download codes for 320kbps files. No mention of hi-res 96/24 downloads yet!
