One thing's for certain: Hong Kong is no longer cheap for UK visitors. In 2007, £1 bought you HK$16. Ten years later that same pound buys you less than HK$ 10. But that didn't stop local audiophiles turning up in droves for the second HK Audio Visual Expo. The show is now spread over two hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, rather than just the one. And thanks to the sunny weather the crowds were bigger too, up more than 10% to 2400 on the first day.
