Comparative reviews and a new Moon

It seems Hi-Fi News no longer has a policy of comparing products, simply reviewing them, the only reference to a component's sound quality in relation to its peers being the percentage Sound Quality score awarded to it. While I doubt anyone would want to read one of those 'Six Car Shoot-Out' types of review so beloved of motoring magazines, I do think from time to time a simple comparison might be useful.
