Andy Ford on diversity

At a recent meeting of an event for Institution members within the CIC which was organised by the CIC Diversity Panel, CIBSE President Andy Ford discussed the Institution's activities with schools and emphasised that "schools have an enormous part to play in career choices and that enjoyment of a subject is as significant as attainment in a pupil's likelihood to pursue a subject further."
