Some of those involved here discuss the themes they will be focusing The chemical industry is under increasing pressure to reduce costs and improve the level of service, at the same time managing its supply chain effectively. Individual chemical companies are taking different approaches to achieving these goals but the problem is a common one. A conference is to be held on November 9 and 10 in Antwerp, where industry leaders will present case studies revealing how they have achieved supply chain and logistics excellence and the difficulties they faced along the way.
