Suttons gets drumming

Having built up an enviable reputation around the globe in the field of bulk logistics, UK-headquartered Suttons has now expanded its range of services to include third-party drumming. But why should a company with more than 4,000 tank containers and an extensive UK road tanker fleet be interested in the drummed side of the chemical supply chain? "We see it as logical extension of our portfolio," explains the company's QSHE director Andrew Baird. "Our core activities are in bulk logistics but we see more and more that customers require additional services. Our intent is to offer those services and drumming is one of them."
