Ashland Distribution becomes Nexeo Solutions

Ashland has completed the sale of Ashland Distribution to Nexeo Solutions, an affiliate ofTPG Capital, for approximately $979m. With a staff of around 2,000 across North America, Europe and Asia, Ashland Distribution finished fiscal 2010 with tevenues of $3.4bn.
