PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell cleaning rotor which surely supplies equal amounts of a cleaning solution to a large number of test tubes and readily deals with the increase or decrease of the number of the test tubes and a cell cleaning centrifugal machine equipped with the cell cleaning rotor.;SOLUTION: In the cell cleaning rotor comprising a rotor, a plurality of test tube holders which are rotatably mounted on the rotor, moved in the outside direction by centrifugal force when the rotor is rotated and a cleaning solution distribution element for supplying the cleaning solution to a large number of the test tubes retained by the test tube holders, the cleaning solution distribution element is constituted of an upper distribution element composed of a first conical part having a cleaning solution inlet at the central part and a second circular planar part around the first part, a central part distribution element in which the central part arranged to face the second part comprises a hollow circular flat plate and a conical lower distribution element which is arranged at a position facing the first part and forms a fluid route between the first part and the lower distribution element. A plurality of radial channels are formed on one or both of the lower side of the second part of the upper distribution element and the upper side of the central distribution element to give the cell cleaning rotor having a structure that the channels are used as distributed fluid flow channels.
