The UN Economic Commission for Europe's (ECE) Working Party on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (WP15) held its 89th session in Geneva this past October 26 to 29. WP15 is responsible for formulating the regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods by road throughout Europe as well as in a number of other countries in the Middle East and north Africa. The ADR Agreement and its annexed regulations are also increasingly used elsewhere as a basis for domestic regulation.
