Malaysia's Dialog Group is progressing on schedule with one major new terminal development in the country but has cancelled another. Pengerang Terminals Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Dialog (51 per cent) and Vopak (49 per cent), has completed land reclamation and has commenced jetty works at the new site in Pengarang, Johor. The provincial government is taking a 10 per cent stake in the project.
