During the past decade demand for third-party bulk liquids storage capacity has grown quickly in Chinas coastal provinces, driven by the nation's expanding chemicals market and rising consumption of imported chemicals. International tank storage companies are building new terminals and expanding their existing facilities in China to meet growing global chemical company client requirements for high quality chemical storage facilities while domestic investors are building new storage capacity to serve their expanding local customer base.
