Expansion pays off for Norkem

UK-headquartered Norkem has announced that it expects to close its 2012 books with sales of around €150m. "Throughout 2012 we have worked successfully during an uncertain period despite the efforts of all governmental institutions to correct the financial malaise within the EU," says group managing director Alan Nicholson. "Our strategy of expanding outside Europe has brought growth from our offices in China and Australia."
