IBC North America and Clean Tide Container have announced plans to construct a new facility in Chillicothe, Missouri, that will both manufacture and recondition intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Expected to cost more than $5.1m, the plant will employ a staff of 87 once fully up and running. "By holding down taxes, protecting our perfect Triple-A credit rating and investing in our workforce, we've made Missouri one of the best states in the nation for businesses to locate and expand.
