KODA acquires DeWolf

KODA Distribution Group (KDG) has acquired The DeWolf Companies, which comprises DeWolf Chemical, Glenn Corporation and Tempo Canada and which serves customers from the personal care, colour cosmetic and household, industrial and institutional (HI&I) sectors across North America. The DeWolf Companies, KDG says, will now "form the operating entities within the newly created KODA Care business unit and will continue to operate in the same capacity as before the buyout".
