VALERO BUYS UK TERM INALSemGroup has agreed to sell its UKpetroleum storage business, SemLogistics,to Valero Logistics UK Ltd, a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Valero Energy Corp.The price ofthe deal has not been revealed but SemGroupsays it includes a four-year earn-out clause.SemLogistics， main asset is the Milford Haventerminal in Wales, which has a capacity ofsome 1.4m m3.The terminal is situated acrossthe Haven from Valeros refinery (right) and isused for storing crude oil, gasoline feedstocksand a range of refined products.
