TANK STORAGE IN western Europe is synonymous with the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) region but, as many customers are finding out, capacity constrains and growing road and port congestion are encouraging them to look elsewhere. Other terminals outside of the ARA region are beginning to come forward as viable alternatives and one company working hard to help bring to life such alternatives is JPB Logistics.
